The Executive Assistant will provide seamless strategic support to multiple leaders in the organization, including Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams. You will play a key role as an administrative business partner, and will integrate within your department ecosystems to support business priorities. You will keep a pulse on the teams, help ensure cross functional communications, remove roadblocks, and strategically execute initiatives.

You will report directly to our Director of Administration.

 

What you will do:

  • Operate in a variety of capacities working with senior teams to demonstrate excellence in administrative functions, including managing and prioritizing complex calendars, and preparing and coordinating internal / external meetings across global time zones
  • Integrate into the departments in order to prioritize and adjust schedules as needed
  • Be a trusted partner and advisor on key business priorities
  • Manage domestic and international travel accommodations, transportation, reservations and expense reports
  • Support initiatives and facilitate the integration and prioritization of emerging priorities
  • Handle details of a highly confidential and sensitive nature with a high level of discretion
  • Ensure policies, processes and procedures are followed and suggest improvements where necessary
  • Support the executive search interview process
  • Assist in onsite and large group meeting coordination, ad-hoc projects, etc.

Required location: San Francisco Bay Area. This is a hybrid role and will require going into the office 1-2 times a week.

 

Requirements

  • 5+years experience supporting C-suite and senior-level executives.
  • Hyper-organized with a keen attention to detail
  • High EQ, strong communication skills, diplomacy, and ability to work with cross functional teams and make sure information is flowing freely between them
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, and remain agile and flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
  • Organized and efficient at building processes and driving to accountability
  • Highly responsive and proactive on anticipating needs of executives
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and make sound decisions
  • Data-driven, process-oriented, and holds others and the organization to a high standard
  • Tech savvy with strong proficiency in G-Suite including creating and polishing of presentation slides as needed
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally on occasion

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Region 1 $107,000 – $114,500

Region 2 $101,650 – $108,775

Region 3 $96,300 – $103,050

Region 4 $90,950 – $97,325

A recruiter will be able to determine your zones/tiers based on your US location.
