Sales Operations Intern

Saluda Medical is a global medical device company focused on patient outcomes, science, and engineering to transform the neuromodulation industry through the development and commercialization of data-driven, personalized therapies for patients with chronic pain. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Operations, the primary role of this position is to assist with Business Operations duties such as administering, analyzing, managing and forecasting data. This is a 20 hour per week assignment with an estimated duration of 4 months.

Accountabilities and Associated Responsibilities:

• Update sales dashboards and PowerPoint
• Calculate sales operations metrics
• Develop templates for sales operations communications
• Collate and analyze sales forecasting data
• Creating documentation and training material
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing and Planning to improve product planning and sales execution
• Support the business planning process including sales and data analytics, reporting, and availability
• Accountable for various sales operations projects that involve communications, sales learning, and sales enablement tools and resources
• Help with sales communications, internal reference documents, etc.
• Other sales operations duties as assigned

Essential Requirements:

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business or other business-related degree program
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
