The Role:

As Linus Health continues to grow, Sales Enablement will play an increasingly important role in supporting our Sales and customer-facing teams. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be part of the Product Marketing team and have the responsibility of leading Sales Enablement initiatives such as coordinating and supporting sales onboarding, content creation and organization, and building and maintaining internal communications processes. The Specialist will play a key role as a liaison between the sales and product/marketing teams. The Specialist will also be a go-to person for identified enablement needs. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare marketing or sales, with healthcare experience ideal.  Please note that while we are open to this person being based remotely in the US, we have a strong preference for someone based in CST, MST or PST.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver sales onboarding and training in coordination with sales and product marketing leadership 
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand buyer needs and opportunities to support adoption
  • Lead sales enablement initiatives centered around identified needs and barriers to success, including content creation and management, sales training and education, and operational improvements 
  • Create and maintain sales collateral and tools, including presentations, demo videos, case studies, competitive analysis and positioning, reference materials, and sales scripts
  • Monitor and analyze the usage of sales enablement content and sales assets and coordinate with product marketing on content management.
  • Support ongoing product launches by distributing information, collecting voice of the customer, and partnering cross functionally to disseminate effectively 
  • Serve as a liaison and representative of buyer and sales team needs across the organization 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and primary care
  • Support cross functional programs or initiatives that support or impact sales enablement objectives.

 

About you

Must haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years experience in marketing, sales support, or business development
  • Healthcare experience(healthtech, digital health, pharma, research)
  • Experience supporting customer-facing teams in sales operations, sales support, product marketing, or sales enablement functions.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously 
  • Proven experience creating high-quality prospect and/or customer-facing sales/marketing assets (e.g., presentations, videos, collateral)

 

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working within primary care (e.g. medical assistant or registered nurse) or selling to small practice primary care providers
