Role Summary:

As the Program Manager, PRD, you will report directly to the VP of Customer Experience, PRD, and be responsible for the overall health and success of the customers’ portfolio of projects. The Program Manager will work closely with the Implementation Manager to facilitate successful implementation of the Linus software and with the Customer Support team to ensure ongoing program success.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan the workflow and management of assigned projects from inception to completion and lead the internal team to deliver the work within the defined scope, timeline and budget.
  • Coordinate activities between multiple projects, working directly with various internal team resources, including Implementation Managers and Customer Support Specialists.
  • Serve as the main customer point of contact, escalation point, and the owner of the customer relationship. Maintain strong customer relationships over the course of programs.
  • Proactively monitor active software implementations and ongoing customer engagements, by monitoring progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action, as required. 
  • Collaborate with customers to define the program’s success criteria and proactively track progress and adherence to success metrics.
  • Lead meetings with customer to review individual project status and overall program health, based on defined success metrics 
  • Provide financial oversight at the program level working closely with Implementation Managers and Customer Support Specialists. 
  • Connect with management to provide regular program updates, including program health, risk mitigation plans, and to escalate unexpected events impacting project schedules, budgets and resources
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement to company processes.

 

About You:

Must Haves:

  • 6+ years of program management experience, preferably within healthcare, research, pharma, etc
  • Effective communication skills including written, verbal and presentation, with demonstrated ability to manage concurrent complex programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with digital health, healthtech, medtech, or biopharma industry preferred; experience with integrations and product development is attractive
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, yet flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
  • A bias for action and a passion for disruptive innovation
  • Passion for improving the way people care for their mental and physical health
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
  • Performs well in a team setting with collaborative input and decision making
  • Cross functional collaboration with a diverse and multi-functional team
  • Must be a self-starter, capable of maneuvering through a multi-segmented organization, and drive results

 

Nice To Haves:

  • PMP certification
  • Familiarity with data transfer, data collection etc.
