Your opportunity

Our Team is looking for a Manager to support our growing activities.

The preference is for an on-site position, either based in Canada (Montreal or Toronto) or in the United States (preference for Boston).

More specifically, the candidate is expected to lead a variety of projects covering Financial Modelling, Market Analysis, Go-to-Market Strategy, Fundraising Preparation, and other deliverables of a Strategic and/or Financial nature.

The successful candidate will be required to work and lead teams on management consulting assignments in the context of products and solutions within the NeuroTech, MedTech, and Digital Health industries.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform and/or Supervise team members across the preparation of analyses and deliverables, including:
    • Financial Modelling (e.g., Review of historical and client projections, Preparation of 3-Statement Models with detailed projections, Preparation of Business Valuation under different methods) 
    • Market Analysis (e.g., Detailed industry research, Market sizing & Growth projections, Competitive positioning)
    • Go-to-Market Strategy (e.g., Strategic Plan preparation, Definition of potential revenue models with pricing analysis, Marketing & Commercialization roadmap, Review of potential strategic partnerships)
    • Fundraising Preparation (e.g., Preparation of client Data Room and Pitch Deck, Identification of potential investors with corresponding rationale)
  • Deliver client projects under the supervision of a Principal and/or NTX Services’ Executive Team
  • Manage, Train, and Coach Interns, Analysts and Associates
  • Client Management (e.g., Liaison with client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions, Presentation of findings and recommendations, Development of relationships with client members at a comparable seniority level)
  • Support in the preparation of Business proposals
  • Support in the preparation of Training materials 
  • Conduct candidate interviews

Your experience and education

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Investments (Venture Capital, Private Equity, Public Equity), or Management Consulting
  • MBA, CFA, or CPA considered an asset
  • Good understanding of the Neurotechnology and/or MedTech and/or Digital Health industries
  • Experience in planning and managing complex projects 
  • Experience in presenting recommendations to senior members, both internally and to client teams
  • Experience with Start-ups and/or Scale-ups is a plus
  • Understanding of Healthcare Systems in key Geographies (North America & Europe) is a plus
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
