We are looking for a talented Senior Email Marketing Executive with experience in Business-to-Business marketing to join our team. Senior Email Marketing Executive-Home-based (travel expected, average once a month)

Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, Permanent

 £27,000 – £32,000 per annum FTE

 

Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK Thrive Mental Wellbeing is an established start-up in the Mental Wellbeing Industry, designing and developing therapeutic software to prevent, detect and manage mental health conditions.

Our aim is to improve the world’s mental health and make therapy more accessible, affordable and engaging, empowering people with the tools to self-manage their conditions.

 

About the role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Email Marketing Executive is part of the Marketing team, which is part of the wider Commercial Team comprising: New Business, Relationship Management, Practice Development and Marketing. You will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and analysing all marketing emails, while maintaining the overall email marketing strategy for Thrive Mental Wellbeing

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and analyse all B2B email marketing campaigns
  • Write compelling and engaging copy for emails
  • Manage and maintain all email marketing activities
  • Use data insights to analyse and identify key trends to increase engagement
  • Implement, conduct and analyse A/B testing
  • Create B2B lists and segments for different audience personas
  • Define, measure and report on all email campaigns performance against KPIs
  • Create workflows and automations within Hubspot
  • Develop internal email campaigns
  • Support the sales team and collaborate with the wider marketing team
  • Undertake additional tasks as needed

 

About You

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3+ years of marketing or written communications experience
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong Excel skills and ability to maintain data accuracy
  • Understanding of email metrics, KPIs, and GDPR
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Highly organized and methodical Advanced knowledge of Hubspot email campaign set up, automations and workflows is essential
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Passion for mental health sector
  • Experience in B2B SaaS and startups
  • Knowledge of Canva
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a high-growth environment
  • Familiar with Account Based (email) Marketing to generate qualified meetings
