At Thrive, we have a wonderful opportunity for a home-based Account Executive with experience in Enterprise and/or Channel sales to join our team.

 

Account Executive-Home-based (national travel expected)

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

£36,000 to £42,000 based on experience plus additional uncapped OTE

Our aim is to improve the world’s mental health and make therapy more accessible, affordable and engaging, empowering people with the tools to self-manage their conditions.

 

About the role:

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this is a sole contributor sales position responsible for driving successful Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth for a portfolio of accounts. Key

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be an engine for growth and own a sales territory – selling to new business prospects and/or partners
  • Develop and drive the Company’s footprint in the allocated account portfolio – by building multi-level relationships; mapping engagement strategies and developing appropriate account/opportunity plans to deliver ARR growth
  • Deliver the assigned sales targets for the portfolio
  • Develop the portfolio using available internal and external resources, to increase revenue opportunities and establish the Company as a strategic, long term partner
  • Facilitate communication on strategic and tactical issues facing their Customers and Partners.
  • Understand and keep up-to-date knowledge of industry trends technical developments, and governmental regulations that affect target markets
  • Take full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting for the territory
  • Effectively develop a robust Territory Plan to make or exceed target
  • Develop and execute a plan to prospect for sales opportunities to make or exceed target
  • Engage with the industry, attending and/or speaking at events and showcases
  • Articulate the strategic vision and product offerings of the Company to senior stakeholders
  • Deepen and broaden the network, identifying new contacts including C-level and senior business stakeholders, fully maintained in HubSpot
  • Act as the voice of the Customer with internal stakeholders, including Loss Reviews and Win reviews
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

About you:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • A strong individual contributor and team player
  • 3 yrs + delivery of sales target in new business of £500k – £750k ARR
  • Proven Enterprise and/or Channel sales skills comfort with finding and closing £100k – £200k ARR deals
  • Demonstrated experience selling enterprise, healthcare and/or SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated experience selling at the C-Suite level and FTSE 500 companies
  • Well-developed consultative selling style
  • Demonstrable ability to leverage internal resources for the execution of Account Plans
  • People-oriented professional with strong relationship building skills
  • A proven track record of growing a sales territory. Documentation will be required
  • Demonstrated success in understanding the Value Based sales cycle (Discovery to Close)
  • Able to establish and articulate a sales strategy for everyone working on your accounts in the Company ecosystem
  • Critical thinker who is curious, able to ask questions and challenge with strong creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prepare and present key performance indicators where necessary
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Competitiveness and a desire to learn and develop new skills and expertise to guarantee success in this and future roles
  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the team’s success
  • Self-motivated to succeed in their career, wants to grow and develop and is willing to work hard to achieve this
  • A team player who is willing to be brave, to try and not be scared to fail
  • Role-model operational discipline such as accurately updating data in all Company systems

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience of SME/start up environment
  • Experience of selling to HR/Wellbeing stakeholders
  • Expertise in a recognised sales methodology
