Your Mission
INBRAIN Neuroelectronics is seeking for a Cleanroom Technician to join our manufacturing team
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various items of machinery toward the fabrication of the thin film devices: RIE, optical microscopy, wet etching, Autoclave, mask aligner, etc.
- Carry out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies.
- Record inspection data, write reports and notify supervisors of irregularities; ensure quality of outgoing product following guidelines.
- Provide all the required technical support to enable the manufacturing to function effectively.
- Execute duties within good practice laboratory (GLP), good manufacturing practice (GMP) protocols and follow personal protective equipment (PPE) procedures. Work in compliance with ISO, SOP specifications, work instructions and stablished recipes.
- Keep equipment calibrated and in a clean and serviceable condition and ensure the safe removal of waste.
- Support manufacturing group in running processes, assembling and setting new equipment and conducting quality control.
- Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced and that everything is clearly and correctly labelled.
- Apply quality assurance methodology to received material, production, and finished parts
Your Profile
- Technical degree (engineer, natural sciences or equivalent).
- Laboratory work in manufacture and/or characterization.
- Hands-on experience in cleanroom is a plus.
- Experience with thin films and/or electronic devices is a plus.
- General knowledge of micro and nanofabrication processes is desirable.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and quality control for medical devices will be specially valued.
- Fluency in English required (English is company language)
