About Starling Minds
Starling Minds has built an iCBT platform to extend the reach of mental health professionals. Our personalized digital solution interfaces with mental health professionals to help them help more people. Innovative organizations are excited about the solution we’ve brought to market, as our revenues more than doubled last year.
Burnout is depleting the workforce and reducing productivity across the globe. Demand for trained mental health professionals to address this problem is rapidly growing, but not enough personnel are available to handle this growing surge. Starling is actively building a stepped-care approach, in concert with a major Canadian brand, leveraging our existing industry-leading technology to extend the reach of these professionals.
Summary of Role
Reporting to the CEO, we’re looking for a senior, well-rounded individual to help us monetize our existing partner relationships and help us gain new, profitable relationships. The successful candidate will begin by driving new business through a newly-implemented partner, and later find similar organizations who are hungry for the solution we’ve developed. You will work both at the C-suite level and downstream, selling with the partner and further deepening those relationships. You will lead the charge and engage other Starling resources as the situation requires.
About You
You are a master strategist who is just as comfortable executing a plan as building it. You’re at your best when hunting out opportunity, and can bring team members around the opportunity as needed. You excel in complex sales that touch multiple parts of an organization.
People who know you well find you patiently persistent, with the ability to develop win-win scenarios regularly, even if it takes time. You probably find that your success doesn’t feel like selling so much as helping others to achieve their goals with your products, and your customers value you.
