The Role:

We are seeking a motivated, accomplished, and talented Product Marketing Manager to lead the Pharma/Research segment product marketing function at Linus Health. Reporting to the Sr Director of Product Marketing, you’ll play an instrumental role in differentiating and driving growth for the company’s brain health solutions for the research market. 

 

What You’ll do:

  • Collect market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Create product messaging and collateral such as one-pagers, website content and slide decks.
  • Lead the segment content marketing such as webinars, white papers, and blogs.
  • Develop and assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
  • Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Handle monthly release communications for your segment.
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.
  • Understand and support our sales channels; the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.

 

About You:

Must Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years in product marketing 
  • Bachelor’s degree  
  • Digital health and/or SaaS marketing experience 
  • Passion for improving healthcare 
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy
  • Go-getter attitude with ability to balance strategic and tactical work on an ongoing basis 
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally, including serving as a key partner to product management and sales 
  • Effective presentation development and delivery skills 
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to tailor style to different mediums 
  • Product launch experience 
Nice To Haves:
  • Pharma, research or medical device marketing experience 
  • Experience marketing to medical practices and/or life sciences companies
