Motor Unit Decomposition

High-Density EMG gives the opportunity to get more information of muscle behavior on motor unit level. TMSi wishes to provide a general pipeline to use by customers for this analysis as part of the TMSi Python Interface

Goals:

• Investigate current algorithms and the background of motor unit decomposition
• Develop a pipeline in Python for customers to use for our products
