Key Responsibilities: 

• Focusing on increasing the efficiency of supply and drive supply chain to support LVN CN sales strategy.
• He/she need to regular review and communicate with sales director/management, and product marketing team, for product demand planning strategy.
• Leading the demand planning on product dimension level, be responsible on forecast accuracy &Bias, analytics for over/under planning, which has strong impact to delivery and business growth. 
• Communicate internally with PM, sales and other related departments to align or well communicate the difference and further solution.
• Communicate with HQ Demand Planning, to ensure LVN CN DP well implemented, and Supply Chain investment was done accordingly.
• Lean plan and manage the performance of logistics vendors to support LVN CN demand.
• Establish effective demand planning methodology to align with LVN CN management, sales team, and critical customers.
• Strong communication, influence, team working and driving for result skills. Create suitable analytics method, leverage the result to improve forecast accuracy & Bias
• Run S&OP monthly cycle

Knowledge, skills and abilities required,

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired, but not required.
• Professional knowledge on the whole supply chain, good understanding of the requirements of management. Proven history of implementing continuous improvement initiatives in a supply chain environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP system, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Good communication skills and highly motivated, able to work under pressure and multi-task management. Flexible in handling complex tasks and team player
• Capability for analysis and synthesis approach to problem solving, planning, organization, control, decision-making skills, results orientation.
• Good command of oral and writing in English
• Strong business acumen

Education: Bachelor’s Degree with experience in logistics, supply chain management or business.

Experience: Minimum 5 years work experience in managing the general equipment and consumables in supply chain process.
