Job Description

QMENTA is a young global company that provides solutions that improve outcomes and success rates for the brain research, clinical trials and care delivery community.  QMENTA’s cloud software platform, AI-enabled algorithms and imaging library enable our customers to compliantly collect, process and derive insights from large scale neurology data and multi-modality images, faster, at higher quality and at lower cost. 

Our business is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Business Developer to acquire and manage new clients. In this role you will be responsible for identifying new clients, developing relationships and opportunities, negotiating contracts and closing deals.  For large and complex deals, you will work closely with sales executives and our product team to develop solutions to meet our client’s needs.

 

Role Responsibilities 

  • Proactively identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s needs
  • Qualify lead opportunities generated through marketing efforts or inbound enquiries via email, web or telephone.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Deliver demonstrations of our offer to prospective clients.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure contracted services are able to be executed on-time and as agreed.
  • Work closely with marketing to drive opportunities through the sales funnel to conversion.
  • Maintain complete records of selling activity, fully utilizing our integrated CRM.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our offerings, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

 

Required Skills and Experience 

  • Proven working experience in the sales department before, ideally in medical imaging and/or software, clinical trial services or a related field.
  • Highly self-organized, detail-oriented and data driven
  • Skilled in use of integrated CRM and digital channels/tools, ideally with experience of Hubspot and Sales Navigator.
  • Able to meet and exceed sales goals and deadlines, a self-motivated over-achiever.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling, with excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and having an impact on brain disease
  • Self-taught and autonomous person
