We are excited to announce that we have an opening for a Strategic Director in MS. This role will lead and drive the ONE TA strategy ensuring strong competitive leadership and maintaining functional strategic alignment and collaboration through ruthless focus on key priorities to maximize brand performance and impact including launch readiness for future pipeline assets/indications within the therapeutic area.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overall brand performance and overall P&L responsibilities
- Lead with a “one-team” cross functional mindset role-modelling clear expectations on focused prioritization co-created with key cross functional partners
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships with top KOL’s in the therapeutic area
- Lead strategy development and execution of key marketing initiatives to support business performance
- Work closely with BE&E team to identify capabilities/resources needed for executional excellence and to understand in real time impact of execution in order to tweak accordingly
- Lead development of competitive strategies /tactical plans and oversee strategic directions of the TA portfolio
- Lead launch readiness for future indications within TA and lead with NPP future pipeline assets
- Continuous engagement with Global/region to provide insights and to manage the local execution of strategy to the Canadian market
- Devise and recommend appropriate product strategies through the analysis of available data (performance report, customer experience impact etc)
- Work closely with Sales Director/ASD, Strategic Partnership Director and BE&E team to explore and leverage opportunities/synergies to maximize product strategy through customer experiences, omni channel and patient journeys

Minimum Requirements
Experience managing multi – functional teams within a large organization
- Experience leading successfully without authority
- Experience with various product life-cycles – launch, growth phase etc
- 10+ years in marketing excellence fundamentals
- Analytics
- Operations Management and Execution
- Experience in sales, access or medical functions
- Fluent in French an asset
