Provide operational management for the team responsible for all this (Technical Architecture & Digital Service), and become the Partner of our global IT team Excellence leads as well as the managers on the operational topics’ day to day and support and plan key initiatives for the Technical Architecture & Digital Team.
The role purpose is to provide Operational Excellence & Planning support to the DD&IT NOCC Lead in Hyderabad and to the entire community of TT associates on site. Deputize NOCC DD&IT Lead when required and serve as an interface between DD&IT and other local Domain Leadership teams. Govern and drive all locally implemented initiatives where the NOCC DD&IT Leads acts as sponsor to drive the roll-out of global policies and initiatives locally in cooperation and following the guidance from global teams (e.g.: Global Device Policy, Hybrid Ways of Working) and support Disaster Recovery / BC plans at the NOCC level.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the NOCC Lead with the day-to-day management activities and act as deputy when required and support NOCC Lead with all strategical and tactical activities including location strategy and talent attraction, definition of NOCC DD&IT strategy and value proposition, planning and delivering on NOCC roadmap.
- Coordinate the execution of key operational processes for the NOCC such as: planning and organizing NOCC events (townhalls, team buildings, managers forums, etc.), budget tracking, office seating and parking allocation, new associates onboarding.
- Work closely with P&O and TAS partners and other global functions to ensure the efficient implementation of workforce and other strategies at the local level.
- Support the NOCC Lead and associates to focus on the overall priorities for Novartis Operations and the Function to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Drive the culture and people-related topics to ensure the progress towards integrity, unbossed, curious, and agile organization.
- Contribute to the initiatives led by the Operational Excellence and Planning community to ensure cross-functional and cross-locations standardization is achieved.
- Act as point of contact for the OPX function and support in the implementation of global initiatives, guidelines, processes and tools at NOCC level.
- Take accountability to ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures for the Operational Excellence and Planning scope and support with daily administrative activities an organization of up to 2000 associates.

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- University level degree in IT or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in project/program/event management
- Experience in IT Service Management, Project Management or Process Improvement
- Personal attributes: works independently, ability to work in a matrix environment, curiosity, and agility paired with accuracy and reliability
- Demonstrated leadership with ability to coach others
- Deep understanding of local market of IT talent
- Stakeholder management with excellent written and verbal communication skills
