Job Summary:

Wave is a company bringing next-level science to mainstream mental health & fitness. This is a trailblazing and exciting sales role for the right person. Wave has a scientifically proven 60+ patented platform, already used in a number of clinics around the nation, and aiming to triple our footprint over the next year.

 

As an Inside Sales Representative will sell our software platform and groundbreaking technology, to include our Wellness Products and services offered by the company to current and new clientele in the clinical, mental health and wellness space.

This is a base + commission role with tremendous earning potential for the right candidate. Supervisory

 

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and follow up skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and flexibility
  • Familiarity with Sales Force platform
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Have a “can do” attitude – we are a start-up and require grit and a positive outlook and attitude

 

Education and Experience:

  • Proven track record of high performance and with tangible proven results and demonstrated success
  • Understanding of medical devices not required, although beneficial
