Your key responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Master Instrument Inventory (MII).
  • Establishment of maintenance for new measuring equipment in accordance with good manufacturing practice (GxP) on equipment and systems (including necessary spare parts, procurement and cost management).
  • Preparation of the method of work for the purpose of maintenance/calibration on measuring systems and preparation of instructions for work.
  • Management of internal and external contractors for calibrations (procurement, control and certification of certificates).
  • Management of technical/engineering changes (preparation, validation and closure of requests for changes).
  • Collaborations in investment projects and modifications (User requirements, functional specification, equipment selection, start-ups and testing/calibration).
  • Conduct GMP risk assessments (including initial SRA and revisions in the case of changes).
  • Professional support to other colleagues in the field of metrology, calibration and maintenance of measuring systems and sensors.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:

  • Degree in engineering (Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.), electrical engineering/mehatronics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, start-ups, qualifications and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in local language
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Curiousity, dynamic and commitment.
  • Good organizational skills and precision.

 

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in metrology, calibration of measuring equipment and systems.
