How you will make a difference:

The QC Technician I is responsible for performing inspections and testing at various stages of production of the product from raw materials, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies to assure product quality and conformance to specifications and procedural requirements.

2nd Shift, 3pm-11:30pmpm (M-F)

 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Under supervision, performs visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw material, components, in-process, and final product based on documented specifications (i.e. drawing, procedure, work instructions, etc.).
  • Review donor records for compliance.
  • Documents QA inspection at receiving, in-process, and testing activities to assure conformance to specifications and procedural requirements.
  • Performs label inspections
  • Audits various manufacturing processes to assure compliance and product segregation.
  • Initiate’s non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follows-up to final disposition of nonconforming materials
  • Transact parts and in-process audits in Oracle
  • Performs special projects as directed

 

Who you are:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 years related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree – preferred 
  • ASQ Certifications such as but not limited to CQIT – preferred 
  • Medical Device manufacturing experience – preferred 
  • Cleanroom manufacturing experience – preferred 

 

Hourly Employees: The anticipated base hourly rate for this position for an employee who is located in California is $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, plus bonus, and benefits. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years of experience within the industry, education, etc. The Company is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect the pay scale for an employee who works in other states or locations.
