Embedded Systems Engineers

Engineers with 4 years of experience in the following areas:

Basic skills: 

• ARM based 32-bit microcontrollers
• Schematics capturing and PCB design
• Firmware & hardware programming and debugging 
• Standard electrical design tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad)
• Low-level (HAL and bare metal coding) & real-time OS development using C/C++
• Serial interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART, USB
• Hand soldering of surface mount devices

Preferred skills: 

• Mixed-signal circuits with digital and analog circuit design 
• Signal processing and machine learning
• Sound capturing and processing using I2S/SAI interfaces
• STM32 family microcontrollers
• FPGA and neural network accelerators 
• Wireless modules (e.g., WiFi, Bluetooth)
• Low noise amplifier circuits and filter design
• Interfacing gyroscopes & accelerometers
• CAD tools
• Python, Matlab
• Firmware version control (Git)

Above and beyond: 

• 7+ years of experience developing embedded systems
• Industrial hardware design of hearing aids or Bluetooth audio devices 
• Ability to lead a highly multidisciplinary team and execute goals
• Design for mass production and Design for Cost rules
