Are you a Registered Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist looking for a change and greater earning potential?

 

Due to ongoing growth, Rethink Behavioral Health (http://RethinkBH.com) is seeking an Account Executive to join our business development team, with a focus on Texas and surrounding states.  We offer a comprehensive practice management software solution for ABA and pediatric therapy providers.  Leverage your industry knowledge and experience by connecting with practice owners/leaders who are prospective Rethink customers and guiding them through the evaluation and decision-making process for selecting a technology partner.

This role requires an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset, where you will be developing a specific geographic territory, with a focus on small to mid-sized ABA practices.  We provide ongoing training and support to set you up for success and manage a consultative sales process.  Many of our highest performing team members started by working in the field.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Discovery:
  • Cold calling and email outreach (15-20 new practices daily)
  • Attend regional conferences (2-3 per year)
  • Utilize business intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo.com to research
  • Regional travel and site visits (one week per month)
  • Build 3x pipeline of sales goals (monthly/quarterly)
  • Ask qualifying questions and log all activity through Salesforce
Product Demonstrations:
  • Understand customer requirements/needs
  • Conduct presentations of Rethink software platform
  • Articulate value proposition and key differentiators
  • Answer product questions and engage support from other Rethink team members as needed
  • Handle objections
  • Create timeline for decision-making
Contracting and Closing:
  • Conduct pricing discovery and present product/service options
  • Establish return on investment (ROI)
  • Deliver professional proposals
  • Coordinate with leadership team and legal on contract negotiations
  • Identify “next steps” through closing of contract

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years of professional experience, working in an ABA practice preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% of time (higher during conference season)
