You will collaborate closely with design, product, engineering, and science to understand, imagine, develop, and validate digital therapeutics that address specific health conditions. You’ll play an integral part in the entire product development cycle, from research and ideation, through delivery and iteration. You’ll bring a strong mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods, design-thinking methodology and a rigorous human-centered design perspective to the team.

This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 2-3 days in office each week.

  • Use generative and evaluative research methods to understand the healthcare journey, identify new opportunities to improve the patient experience, and validate product solutions
  • Act as the patient advocate on cross-functional teams, ensuring that we create exceptional experiences that deliver on our promise to “place patients and their loved ones at the center of what we do”
  • Work within a cross-functional team to validate both low and hi-fidelity prototypes using feedback from internal and external stakeholders
  • Generate actionable insights and present actionable recommendations to drive stakeholder decision making across the organization
  • Partner with Design and Product to make research an essential part of our practice and culture. (i.e creating documentation on best practices, advocacy of methods, partnering and mentoring on tests run by design or PMs, maintaining and growing a knowledge repository)
  • Evangelize and educate about user experience research throughout the organization
  • Lead projects and mentor/provide work direction for more junior researchers

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience conducting UX Research
  • Significant work history orchestrating and conducting a wide range of generative and evaluative user research studies using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
  • Experience creating artifacts such as personas and experience journeys to tell compelling stories
  • Experience leading research projects throughout the product development lifecycle in collaboration with cross-discipline stakeholders, including creating research plans, leading synthesis sessions and facilitating workshops in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with quantitative methods including survey design and statistical analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably working on a healthcare app.
  • Proficiency in research tools such as Dscout, Dovetail and UserTesting.com
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Information Science, Anthropology, Sociology, or related technical field
