WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

We’re looking for a senior full stack developer to lead and manage the development of Mindset’s desktop application. This will include: 

• Collaborating with our backend, data science, and neuro engineer to turn our MVP into a ship-ready app 
• Support design of our cloud networking, database, hardware integration 
• Working with product, marketing, and business teams to better understand our customer needs 
• UX test the product, and designing new features to better satisfy our customers 
• Whatever else needs to get done to make Mindset amazing!

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

You’ve heard our part. Here’s what you should bring to the table: 

• Previous experience designing, building, and shipping a desktop/web app 
• Python3 and Javascript fluency are a must; responsive design (CSS), React, Electron, and Bluetooth experience highly recommended
• Cloud, network, and database configuration and scaling experience 
• Experience leading and managing a team of developers through completion of a large project – you should be both a highly technical, hands-on coder and effective people manager
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• The drive to pour your heart and soul into the work that you do
