About the Role:
Inscopix, a division of Bruker, is a leading company in the field of neurocircuit research. As a result of our growth we are expanding our commercial team and are seeking an Associate Account Development Representative to manage the consumable sales process and engage with current customers in Western Markets (North America, Europe). An ideal candidate would be located in the US and able to work remotely 8:30-5pm ET, though other time zones will be considered. Individuals in this role will work with the company’s sales and operations teams to generate profits and keep customers engaged.

Responsibilities:
- Ownership of quote generation and issuance for incoming consumable requests
- Responsible for quote generation and issuance of warranty renewals
- Meet and achieve sales quota and sales development KPIs
- Establish and maintain positive and friendly customer relationships
- Monitor and reply to incoming emails in the company sales inbox
- Educate and promote our products within current customer base
- Coordinate customer calls with regional sales representatives and commercial team members
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records
- Utilize Salesforce dashboards to monitor progress of sales opportunities and orders
- Track trends in consumable sales and report these trends at internal meetings
- Assist Sales Development Representatives in lead generation tasks
- Initiate and maintain registration as a vendor at customer institutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Communications, Biology, Psychology, Neuroscience or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working or interning in a customer facing position
- Strong attention to detail and track record of accurate task completion
- Demonstrated ability to independently complete assignments on time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with data management software, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft products, such as Excel
- Thrives in a team environment and enjoys a collaborative culture
- Reliable Wi-Fi to work from home in the US, with ability to work 8:30-5pm ET. Other time zones will be considered
- Minimal travel (2 – 4 weeks per year, with 2 months advanced notice) for team meetings or tradeshows
