Field Technician II

About the Role:

Build products and provide training to Product Builders providing flexibility to effectively run the business. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Actively ensure training records are accurate.
• Adapt training techniques to the learning style of the product builder.
• Build products and assist in attaining department metrics.
• Provide input on cross-training strategies.
• Demonstrate in-depth process and system knowledge.
• Develop and assist in the implementation of Continuous and Process Improvement ideas.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge and skills in training policies/SOPs.
• Transfer knowledge of lean manufacturing and application of tools.
• Update the training matrix as necessary.
• Partner with Operations Training Department to achieve training objectives.
• Perform Shared Leadership responsibilities when appropriate.
• Accountable for trainee’s quality until the trainee is signed-off.
• Influence direction, make recommendations, and offer solutions in working with both the product builders and supervisors in all aspects of training.
• Adherence to manufacturing process requirements, to the principles of all quality policies, and to the foundations of the Strategic Quality Process.

Required qualifications: 2 years with high school diploma/degree/equivalent

Preferred qualifications: 3-4 years experience in a Material Control role
