About the role:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join us in Belgrade as our team aims to build and sell the best mobile EEG devices! We seek a tenacious, goal-driven Sales Professional who relates strongly to our core values and thrives in the fast-paced world of sales.

 

What you’ll do:

  • As a vital member of our sales team, you will champion our mission by identifying new target markets, attracting prospects, and forging long-lasting relationships with clients in the research industry
  • Independently managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while maintaining strong teamwork and communication with the sales team and other teams within the company
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative environment by working closely with the sales team, sharing knowledge, and celebrating collective successes
  • Providing demos for the customers and being technically confident with the company’s portfolio
  • Presenting the company and products at conferences
  • Owning and responsibly tracking and controlling your own projects (reporting, following processes and procedures that are set in place)
  • Being able to be a big part of the outbound channel – implementing strategy and proposing the initiatives in the outbound channel
  • Track trends and new approaches in sales with the aim to improve and get better results

 

An ideal candidate would have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably master’s in Psychology, Economics, or similar)
  • 3+ years of experience in sales (ideally in research or medical field)
  • Excellent spoken and written English (at least C1 level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong result-oriented mindset
  • Quantitative (numerical) reasoning
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts into language that can be understood by clients
  • Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
  • High interest in technology and how things work
  • Highly organized with superior attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adaptable to challenging environments with a results-oriented attitude
  • Possibility to travel abroad, sometimes frequently
  • Experience in various sales methodologies (Sandler, BANT, MEDDIC, or some other)
