About the role:

Our small dynamic team in Belgrade is looking for a Marketing Specialist who will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding the brand awareness and presence of mbt | mbraintrain – a leading provider of mobile EEG systems worldwide.

We are seeking an ambitious, talented, and goal-driven marketer with the experience in cross channel marketing activities to contribute to our growth and success.

What we expect you to do:

• Keep the marketing strategy aligned with the business goals, propose marketing activities, KPIs and initiatives to drive company success.
• Take care of the brand’s appearance across all channels – focus on digital activities and worldwide events
• Independently manage end-to-end production cycle of both print and digital materials, collaborating with external partners and the consistence of mbt brand.
• Manage and coordinate design and production processes of product/client service materials (user manuals, internal and external brand and style guidelines, onboarding, and sales support materials, etc).
• Take ownership of projects, while effectively tracking progress through established tools and processes.
• Cultivate and enhance our corporate culture through internal and external communication activities.
• Coordinate partnerships and PR activities
• Foster a supportive and collaborative environment by closely collaborating with sales and development teams, sharing knowledge, and celebrating collective successes.
• Stay updated with marketing trends and new approaches to improve mbt’s brand awareness, brand image, and both internal and external communication.

An ideal candidate would have:

• Master’s degree (preferably in Languages, Marketing, or related fields).
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications or similar roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills (at least C1 level).
• Proven experience in leading and executing similar projects and activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong quantitative reasoning skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of interest in technology and a curiosity for understanding how things work.
• Highly organized with superior attention to detail and accuracy.
• A results-oriented attitude.
