Key Responsibilities:

As the VP of Sales, North America, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion in North America
  • Building and leading a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Providing market insights and feedback to shape product development and company strategy

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and success in the technology or research industry. 
  • Relevant experience in specific research verticals including commercial R&D, human factors, product testing, consumer insights, neuromarketing, usability, media or academic research.
  • Mindset of a playing coach, where you are also part of contributing to the sales team to show the way.
  • Strong experience in building, coaching, and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for biometric research, technology, and understanding human behavior
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
