The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic Digital Therapeutics teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking digital therapeutics that combine the engaging mechanics of video games with the scientific rigor of the medical device industry. You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that positively impact the lives of patients worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain core technology, including tools, engine components, APIs, and backend services.
- Champion high standards of code quality and functionality in the development of well-designed tools.
- Collaborate with game development teams to provide technical solutions and tools that enhance the user experience and enable world-class game development.
- Identify pipeline bottlenecks and automation opportunities to improve development efficiency.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth integration and deployment of software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, such as Data Science and Medical, to understand and address their technical needs.
- Ensure the security of patient data by implementing best practices in API and backend development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve development processes and products.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years working on systems within or built around 3D games, visualization, or simulation.
- Strong computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, algorithms, and data structures.
- Proficiency in C#, Jenkins scripting, Java, Scala, Gradle, Objective-C, Swift, C++, and other relevant programming languages.
- Backend and frontend development experience on AWS, including API design and security implementation.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Jenkins and/or Gitlab.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
It’s great if you also have
- Familiarity with Unity game engine development and Unity-based middleware components.
- Knowledge of frontend development frameworks such as React and mobile app development platforms like Swift and Kotlin.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) and experience working in a regulated environment.

Compensation:
Cash Compensation: $150,000-$200,000 base salary plus additional incentive compensation
