About this role

The Alliances Manager is responsible for driving the recruitment, onboarding, enablement and ongoing success for both Aidoc’s resellers and third party ecosystem partners.  This is a strategic channel sales/partner success management position where you will work to establish a trusted advisor relationship with our channel partners, 3rd party partners, their prospects and customers, and also with internal teams at Aidoc. This individual will focus on enabling and supporting Aidoc’s partner community, but will also assist in prospecting, recruiting, and onboarding activities as well in order to ensure their success and Aidoc’s.

 

This individual will use strong leadership skills to mentor and coach authorized partners to drive financial results, while ensuring compliance. This individual will deliver world class channel sales management that will attract, build and maintain best in class resellers and 3rd party partners for Aidoc’s award winning solutions. High levels of commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

 

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities
  • Supporting Aidoc’s sales force selling through partners and distributors. May include reseller sales support and channel development duties.
  • Supporting Aidoc’s sales force selling a variety of third party AI solutions.
  • Identify, target, and prospect into companies that Aidoc should consider onboarding as new channel partners for Aidoc. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding and enablement process.
  • Delivering general sales training and providing continuous mentoring to resellers to increase depth of their Aidoc solutions expertise.
  • Supporting resellers and Aidoc’s salesforce team in reviewing, advising, and creating proposals.
  • Supporting reseller leaders in defining product sales strategy for the segment in their territory and served market customers.
  • Champion change on behalf of resellers – Provide data-driven, actionable feedback for the Aidoc teams to drive process improvements in sales operations, implementations, and accessing support.
  • Establish collaborative culture – Remove roadblocks by listening to reseller feedback and respond quickly to issues that can be influenced and corrected by Aidoc.
  • A job at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within the field.
  • Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

 

Financial Performance
  • Own and deliver financial performance to quota targets for the reseller and 3rd party partner portfolio.
  • Hosting forecast cadence calls with the resellers and 3rd party partner community members.
  • Collaborate with the assigned resellers and 3rd party partners to deliver a funnel forecast on a regular cadence.
  • Help identify target end user accounts and create account plans in conjunction with resellers and 3rd party partners.
  • Create and continuously develop reseller specific business plans and set stretch goals and objectives
  • Help drive incoming leads to opportunity and work collaboratively with both the reseller’s sales organization and Aidoc team members.
  • Ensure data analytics drive decision making for budgeting and financial planning and analysis.

 

Reseller Effectiveness
  • Continuously develop relationships and drive mindshare with the authorized resellers and their field sales teams
  • Provide channel sales representatives with Aidoc product knowledge and approved sales collateral to advance the sales process with the potential end user.
  • Develop metrics to measure progress to make tools more effective for resellers and to make the employees more efficient.
  • Identify opportunities to improve visibility, win rate and share performance across P&L, markets and regions.
  • Act as business development coach to grow the reseller and 3rd party capability.
  • Simplify the point of contact between Aidoc, resellers, and 3rd party partners and proactively align internal Aidoc resources to support them. 
  • Drive reseller field activity supporting resellers by attending conferences, meetings, training, and education events.
  • Manage reseller relationships on a day-to-day basis and provide transactional support while managing personal funnel and activity documented in Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Transactional support of reseller and 3rd party partner custom quotes, purchase orders, and field level sales teams as needed to accomplish business financial objectives.

 

Compliance
  • Support a culture of the highest integrity and compliance within the authorized reseller and 3rd party partner community.

 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in commercial/sales, channel partner/VAR and healthcare leadership roles).
  • Minimum five years; experience in radiology or cardiology IT/health informatics/electronic health records and/or software business/healthcare industry environments which includes technical and commercial experience. Additionally, customer services or support experience.
  • Knowledge of clinical environments including the radiology and/or cardiology service lines and diagnostic departments
  • 3 years experience working in channel partnership including experience in channel development and/or partner/vendor management, support management and growth strategies.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
