Head of Product

As Head of Product you will lead the charge in product strategy and development that will set Arctop apart in the BCI marketplace and drive revenue. You will establish the product roadmap, processes, tools, and goals to manage projects in a dynamic and growing market.

You Are:

• Passionate about developing and launching products within one or more of the following: BCI, Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, consumer, AI.
• A marriage of vision and execution. You enjoy contributing to high level strategies and also being hands on using your organizational, analytical, and coordinating skills.
• Meticulously organized and tech savvy, you use the best tools for the job and are very systematic in your approach to product development.
• Optimistic and motivated. Drive, optimism, and energy are a strong foundation for your prior success whether the tasks are big or small, whether tactical or strategic.
• Curious, hard-working, and full of integrity – you are a strong communicator. You communicate concisely and clearly and keep cool under pressure.

You Will:

• Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and work connecting technical and business worlds to guide products from conception to launch
• Create OKRs for yourself and team that align with the company vision, strategy, and roadmap, and ensure that the objectives are consistently met.
• Help establish Arctop further as a premier BCI company by presenting at industry events and creating materials for the management team to present.
• Represent Arctop to strategic customers, investors, or other outside stakeholders.
• Optimize the efficiency and profitability of current products and develop new ones.
• Have the right blend of business and technical knowledge to understand this market well and Arctop’s position within it.
• Translate complex relationships and solutions into understandable and visual representations and strategies, as well as present these both internally and externally.
• Manage a growing team that loves building API centric data products.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• Intimate familiarity with APIs and SaaS business models.
• A wellspring of knowledge about wearable products and can imagine what the ultimate wearable in the future would be for you, your family, and your friends.
• Success operating in complex environments and shipping products.
