Position Summary

As an IT Applications Analyst & Support engineer, you will become an integral part of our mission, supporting the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of IT applications across all business areas. From shaping the ERP to the users’ needs up to implementing artificial intelligence aids in the brain modeling department. Your responsibility will be to ensure that our software infrastructure aligns seamlessly with our business objectives.

What Will You Do

• Act as interface between business users and IT teams/suppliers  to define requirements, make proposals to developers, document processes, test, and deploy new applications and updates.
• Support the different teams in the implementation and evolution of IT applications, working with internal teams and external suppliers
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations for application enhancements, specially for implementing automations, workflows and systems interoperability.
• Maintain comprehensive and updated  documentation of the applications landscape.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
• Train end-users on how to effectively use applications and provide ongoing support.
• Together with the IT Team, administer the application by maintaining users and permissions, import and export data, apply and test updates, and other application administrator tasks.
• Monitor and maintain the health of applications to ensure uptime and functionality.

What Do You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• – 3+ years of experience in IT consultancy, analyst or application development, preferably with a focus on life science applications.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining business applications such as ERP systems, CRM, Business intelligence, integration and collaboration spaces (ODOO, Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, Google workplace, Microsoft office, powerapps…)
• Experience in supporting and implementing applications in the life science industry like electronic quality management systems (eQMS),  clinical trial management systems (CTMS), Laboratory management systems (LIMS) and others. 
• Experience creating low-code/no-code solutions, workflows and automations, using tools such as Outsystem, UIPath, Sharepoint, Airtable or or others.

You Will Be The Perfect Fit If You Are/Have

• Experience/knowledge  in a medical devices in the context of ISO 13485/ GxP
• IT Management and Project management certifications
• Experience in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is a plus.
• Experience working with devops and CI/CD is a plus.
• Passionate about improving processes by implementing technology solutions.
• Strong adherence to methodologies and structured approaches to manage and implement projects.
• Commitment to detailed documentation, ensuring transparency and effective knowledge transfer within the team.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold a high standard of orderliness and systematic planning in a dynamic work environment
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
