Neuro Event Labs is a growing medtech company. Our service combines computer vision and machine learning to provide neurologists with data to aid in making the right treatment decisions. Our mission is to help epilepsy patients and their doctors through technology. Our solution provides a revolutionary tool for neurologists and nurses to treat epilepsy patients more efficiently than before. We currently operate across Northern and Central Europe and the UK with further expansion to US / North America.
Our back-end is a scalable service running on AWS cloud infrastructure including a video processing pipeline and an IoT device management system. With a plethora of hardware assets around the countries we operate in, we need to manage the intake, processing, and security of data, while keeping our IoT fleet up-to-date and ready for action.
Your main mission – if you choose to accept it – would be to set up, and test recording units according to standard operating procedures before they are sent to patients or hospitals. You would equally perform checks and maintenance tasks for returning units including cleaning and system checks. You would also be helping with inventory control and logistics.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Recording unit assembly, initialization and quality assurance
- Recording unit cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Inventory control tasks
- Logistics (preparation and delivery management of packages)
- Data Quality Assurance
- Recording unit support, e.g. training on site staff in hardware related matters
We expect:
- Basic PC assembly knowledge
- Good proficiency in using the Linux terminal: you’re able to navigate the file system, and can handle script executions and log analysis
- Systemd is a familiar tool
- Diligence and the ability and willingness to learn
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal skills
- You’re self organized and an effective communicator
- You’re a self-starter and team player, who can multitask according to priorities
- Patient safety and privacy are your top concern
- Solid networking experience is a bonus
In the beginning, this will be a part-time position.
