Data Scientist (medior)

About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Data Scientist with a strong interest in data architecting and engineering. You will be concerned with the development and maintenance of the data pipeline, the implementation of end-to-end machine learning solutions and occasionally improving the Neurokeys app with data outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional work experiencee
• MSc in Behavioral Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or any other relevant field
• Strong background in statistics
• Knowledge of classical machine learning techniques
• Proficient in Python (intermediate++)
• Proven knowledge of pandas, scipy, numpy, scikit-learn, jupyter-lab
• Good coding practices (PEP8, code reviews, unit tests, mock, logging, debugging, git, )
• Familiarity with SQL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with version control system (git)
• Familiar with cloud technology
• Living in Amsterdam or willing to relocate

Nice to have:

• Understanding of neural networks
• Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch
