Clinical Specialist, Immersive Healthcare (MI/IN)

Immersive Healthcare – Sales               ·           Your Remote US Office (Remote)           ·           Full time 

 

As part of the Immersive Healthcare commercial sales team, you will leverage your clinical expertise and your passion for patient care to drive adoption, utilization, and customer satisfaction with the REAL Immersive System. You will provide support to the commercial sales teams in the areas of market development, REAL System demonstrations, REAL System installations, troubleshooting, education and training, customer service and follow-up.

We are seeking candidates located in Detroit, MI, or Indianapolis, IN.

 

What You’ll Work On

Education and Training
  • Educate existing and potential customers on the merits and proper clinical use of REAL System by giving presentations, demonstrations, and training on REAL System, using marketing collateral resources and other platforms and formats to drive utilization of REAL System
  • Participate in the development and execution of continuing education programs or other professional education activities sponsored by Company
  • Coordinate and participate in local, regional, and national meetings and trade shows

 

Customer Service
  • Participate in U.S. product launch activities
  • Serve as primary resource for clinical support in the areas of REAL System demonstrations, installation, troubleshooting and follow-up customer training(s)
  • Work with commercial sales teams to increase account penetration and utilization of REAL System for new and existing line of products and services and improving quality of service to customers
  • Develop relationships with potential and/or existing customers to expand use of REAL System
  • Respond to customer needs and feedback by developing creative solutions, working in collaboration with territory manager, sales leadership, and marketing
  • Commit to travel as necessary for position and product line support
  • Record all customer activity and communication in company’s customer relationship management software (i.e., Salesforce)

 

Professional Development
  • Maintain professional license and/or credentials
  • Build strong product and clinical knowledge on Immersive Healthcare products, competitive technologies, and therapies

 

Planning & Administrative
  • Submit accurate records of sales expenses, adhering to company travel and expense policies for both out-of-pocket and system-recorded expenses
  • Obtain and maintain credentialing as required to service customer accounts
  • Complete other special projects or assignments as requested.
  • Coordinate with internal customer and technical support teams to keep accounts up to date.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) as well as domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Understand relevant security, privacy and compliance principles and adhere to the regulations, standards, and procedures that are applicable to the Company.
  • Ensure other members of the department follow the QMS, regulations, standards, and procedures.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned

 

What You Contribute

  • 2+ years of practical clinical experience in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or related clinical field. License must be in good standing and free of any present or historical disciplinary action.
  • Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to function in a busy, demanding, and competitive environment
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with use of technology in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and to solve problems in a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment
  • Ability to work autonomously: setting tasks and direction under limited supervision
  • Vaccination records or proof of immunity to diseases (including COVID-19) may also be required in the performance of your job

 

Working Conditions

At least 75% business travel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms, and to use a computer, sitting for extended periods.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to read, close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.   

 

Annual Base Salary Range:  $80,000 – $110,000 / year

We offer a competitive compensation package and benefits program.  Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as sales territory, qualifications, skill level, and competencies.
