Legal Counsel

In this role, you will supply legal advice on a wide range of issues in the field, including providing ongoing counsel to all AO sites, supporting clients and managers.

Responsibilities:

To consult on legal issues and act to protect the legal interests and to fulfill legal commitments taken by AO, which includes among other:

• Responsible for consulting all internal and external clients regarding contracts, procedure to comply with the law
• Review, draft all legal documents such as agreements, forms and all other documents legal related such as procedures
• Maintain data room for all legal documents for AO and its subsidiaries
• Assist in legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar
• 2-3  Years of experience practicing technology and commercial law in a global technology company or a leading law firm
• Fluent English and Hebrew
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven drafting skills
• Creative and pragmatic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, who provides excellent service to their clients and is able to think strategically and establish a “trusted advisor” relationship
