About this role

This role fits best for data enthusiasts with a strong background in the Analytics and Software domain, experience in leading teams, and a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to make a significant impact. It stands in a pivotal position in the organization, working closely with a variety of stakeholders around the company.

Responsibilities

• As the BI Team Leader at Aidoc’s Analytics group, you will play a critical role in expanding our data-driven vision by delivering impactful insights and visualizations to our R&D, product and delivery teams, as well as our customers.
• Your responsibilities will include leading a team of experienced analysts, and developing tools and mechanisms to enhance our operational efficiency and decision-making processes at all levels.
• Working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will be in charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining dashboards for decision support, investigations, and monitoring core KPIs. Your mission will be to translate their business or technical questions (most strategic ones as well as day-to-day dilemmas) into quantitative measurements and visualizations, allowing them to understand the different situations through the data.
• You will also collaborate with our Data Engineering teams to define data schemas and build relevant ETLs and advanced data layers, ensuring continuous growth and scalability.
• In addition, you will work closely with our customer-facing teams to deliver tools, meaningful insights, and data to our customers, enabling them to make the most out of our AI solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the Analytics domain, including roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or Software Engineer. Experience with BI and ETL tools, as well as relevant code development experience (Python, R, Tableau, PowerBI, AirFlow, AWS Glue, etc.), is highly desirable.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead and manage a team of professionals.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining production-grade dashboards and data pipelines
• B.Sc or equivalent studies with an extensive hands-on project
• A Master’s degree – A major advantage
