Neurons brings neuroscience into marketing to offer innovative solutions to our customers, and as the company is on its new stage of exponential growth we are looking for a motivated and talented Business Operations intern to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a newly created role at Neurons.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Analyzing lead & account quality and deriving strategic recommendations thereof
• Improving the status quo of CRM data quality in line with the requirements of the commercial teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)
• Collaborating with our commercial teams on market analysis, research tasks
• Closely working with the Head of Revenue Operations and the CRM & Insights Manager as well as the Commercial team & Leadership
• Interacting with the users of the CRM (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)

What you will need:

The ideal candidate would be currently enrolled in a business, finance, or economics-related programme (bachelor or master), with 0-1 year of performing business analysis tasks. Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets) is also desirable.

Previous CRM experience and/or Statistical knowledge basics are a plus.
