Neurosoft Bioelectronics is a neurotech startup focused on building implantable electrodes to interface with the human brain. We work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment and are looking for a Production Operator to join our dedicated team.
The Production Operator has a crucial role for the company’s mission to build implantable electrodes for interfacing with the human brain. His/her role primarily involves performing a variety of specialized manufacturing processes in a cleanroom environment, adhering strictly to ISO 13485 Quality Management System (QMS) standards. His/her main responsibility is supporting daily production activities.
Tasks
- Perform processing of mechanical and electrical implantable medical devices in a cleanroom environment
- Assist in routine production tasks in line with QMS protocols.
- Manage traceability files for all manufacturing activities.
- Support industrialization and validation activities for implantable devices, both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with team for process improvements and provide technical support to projects.
- Monitor processes, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize downtime.
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with ISO 13485 standards and comply with cleanroom and safety regulations.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong technical and manual skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of manual dexterity for handling delicate components and performing intricate tasks.
- Attention to detail and precision in work, vital for maintaining product quality and integrity.
- Proficiency in documenting all work reliably and accurately as per QMS standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Strong communication abilities to clearly share ideas, receive feedback, and report to supervisors.
- Commitment to adhering to all health and safety regulations, showing a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Education and experience:
- Technical maturity degree (or equivalent) in technical domain
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 or other relevant QMS standards.
- 3 years of experience working in a cleanroom environment
- Fluent in French or English (written and spoken).
- Mandatory good writing, reading and oral skills in English.
