About the Role
We are looking for a project manager with a strong interest in neuroscience and data science. You will be part of the clinical team and be responsible for the set-up, running and wrap-up of projects. Projects can be academically or commercially oriented. Tasks include communicating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring project progress and identifying possible roadblocks, creating or establishing the presence and quality of required project documentation, and collecting and triaging questions and feedback.
Requirements
- MSc in Neuroscience, Biology, Biomedicine, Psychology, Behavioral sciences, or closely related fields
- 1+ years of professional working experience
- Familiar with project management methods, scientific research, and research study design
- You enjoy working in a team
- You can work in a self-directed and independent manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- You like participating in all phases of research projects, from project design and maintenance to interpretation and reviewing
Qualifications (nice to have):
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Have knowledge and interest in neuroscientific and analytical methods
- Affinity with technology and ability to pick up new tools quickly
- Experience in submitting ethics approval applications
About the Company
- Communicating and establishing aims, goals, research questions, timelines, deliverables, and requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and allocate project workload internally.
- Provide trainings and relevant documentation to partners regarding onboarding, monitoring, reporting issues, providing support, and using our dashboard.
- Manage timelines of, as well as provide input to research protocols, data analysis plans, patient information letters, and informed consent forms.
- Manage, update, and store project-specific documentation
- Give project-related presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring, tracking, and communicating overall study progress and data collection, and share periodic update reports, such as adherence updates and monthly project updates, to internal stakeholders.
- Detecting issues or blockers to progress and alerting the right stakeholders.
- Manage progress on research questions, and initially defined milestones and deliverables.
- Checking whether results have been communicated to relevant stakeholders and identify outstanding tasks.
- Evaluating the project and discussing success factors, learning points, and what can be improved.
