As the Marketing Coordinator at Interaxon, you should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media, communications, and/or public relations. You’ll work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager, thriving in a creative team environment while demonstrating the ability to independently manage deadlines. Your strong critical thinking skills and adept time management come naturally, fueling your passion for creating successful email marketing, social media, and communications campaigns. Technological proficiency is key, along with the agility to swiftly adapt to new software and systems. Strong written communication skills are a must, with a keen interest in harnessing SEO opportunities. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn in the ever-evolving landscape of marketing, backed by a strong work ethic, a results-driven mindset, and an enthusiasm for surpassing KPIs to drive our organization’s growth.
Responsiblities
- Assist the Brand Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to develop content roadmaps, encompassing innovative social media campaigns, engaging copywriting across all platforms, SEO-optimized blog posts, and targeted email blasts.
- Map out social calendar and develop optimal posting schedule, considering customer engagement metrics and best practices.
- Interact with followers and customers on social media platforms, and coordinate the scheduling and posting of social media content.
- Assist the Brand Marketing Manager with general administrative requests including travel arrangements, administrative, expense reports, invoicing, etc.
- Compile post-campaign reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities. Analyze campaign outcomes, establish benchmarks, and produce and disseminate comprehensive performance reports regularly.
- Stay on top of new opportunities, multiple social media campaigns and new tools to help generate the demand of our offer and drive the traffic to our websites.
- Conduct thorough analyses of ongoing performance to pinpoint and implement opportunities for enhancement. Foster collaboration with team members to exchange insights and knowledge.
- Create various marketing documents and brand communications including, email set-up, promotion reminder letters, media relations pitches and press releases, system checklists, presentations etc.
- Responsible for ongoing updates, edits and revisions of marketing material
- Support and develop the creation, coordination, and execution of events including logistics, invoices, implementation, and on-site support
- Support end-to-end development and execution of email campaigns
- Perform quality control checks on email campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
- Provide PR support with distributed content strategy ie, sending articles to media outlets, as needed.
- Assist in influencer/affiliate outreach and management
- Other related duties as assigned or requested
Qualifications
- Ideal candidates have personal interest in neurotechnology, brain health and/or meditation and ideally a personal practice
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in marketing or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience in marketing, social media, communications and/or public relations role
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (or Google equivalent)
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Team-player, flexible and adaptable
- Must be highly organized with the proven ability to multitask
- Independent, self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, for KPI reporting
- BONUS: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or understanding of light graphic design work
- BONUS: Ability to create and coordinate email blasts an asset
