What you will do:
- Work closely with a small group of passionate engineers, designers, product managers and domain experts
- Design and build impactful technical solutions and own them through the entire development lifecycle
- Communicate your ideas to invite feedback and build consensus
- Write high quality, maintainable code
- Support and challenge yourself and your peers to continuously improve engineering skills and practices
What you bring:
- Bachelors degree in CS/EE or equivalent industry experience
- High level of skill in Typescript, HTML, Angular, CSS
- 8+ years of commercial experience building mobile and/or web applications
- Deep knowledge of how web applications work including HTTP, DNS, caching, authentication, session management and best practices
- A good understanding of client side state management, and how to employ reactive programming to reduce complexity
- A good understanding of the unique challenges of mobile development (intermittent connectivity, push notifications, device/OS fragmentation etc)
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, and a desire to work in a supportive team environment
- A keen interest in emerging technologies and new ways of doing things
Bonus Skills:
- Native IOS development would be a plus
- SWIFT, Objective C and good understanding of Native IOs supported features would be desirable.
- Med-tech or Healthcare experience
- Experience in a regulated software environment e.g. medical device, aerospace, defense, automotive
- Experience with DICOM, HL7 or other medical data formats/protocols
