We are seeking a Travel Product Specialist (OT/PT) to join our growing Neurolutions team. In this role you’ll be working directly with customers of the Neurolutions IpsiHand device. We’re building a best-in-class experience and are looking for enthusiastic product specialists who are passionate about assessing, training and educating customers on our amazing and life changing product. You will be an important part of a hard-working and winning team.

This is a remote position requiring 50-75% travel.
What You’ll Do
- Complete all clinical and technological assessments related to use of the IpsiHand
- Complete all training for customers related to use of the IpsiHand
- Manage your caseload, clinical and technical responsibilities for customers, including planning of all travel and required tasks within
- Track customer progress through usage of the device
- Help develop new processes in a startup environment that helps drive efficiency and productivity
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote the Neurolutions IpsiHand device and expand our customer base
- Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and achieve customer usage, post market data
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends for clinical education and use of rehabilitation technology
What You’ll Need
- Active licensure of occupational therapy or physical therapist
- Bachelor/Master’s equivalent in occupational or physical therapy from an accredited institution
- History of working within the neuro-rehabilitation space is highly preferred
- History of working with individuals who have had a stroke is highly preferred
- History of working with individuals with cognitive or language impairments is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner, team player, with the ability to adapt to change quickly
- Experience with video conferencing and Salesforce is a plus
- The ability to travel up to 75% of the time
