Your Mission

The main focus of the Email Marketing Manager is to improve our middle-of-funnel campaigns by improving our email capture rate and improving email conversion rates. You should have a proven track record of exceeding expectations in this area.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and manage middle-of-funnel marketing strategy with a focus on email marketing and content.
• Manage the creation of new assets including lead magnets, blog posts, social posts, and other middle-of-funnel drivers.
• Create and run weekly reporting on middle-of-funnel performance.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in growing an email list
• Proven track record of converting an email list above industry standard
• Experience with Email Marketing tools such as Klaviyo
• Knowledge of SEM tools such as SEMRush
• Knowledge of Social tools such as Sprout Social
• Incredibly proactive and results driven
• Able to work remotely
