NeuroTracker is a privately-owned neurotechnology company based in Montreal, Canada that specializes in measuring, monitoring and improving cognitive function for human performance and recovery.

• The company’s flagship product, NeuroTracker, trains awareness, focus, and essential cognitive functions, which benefit individuals across the human performance spectrum – from learning and attention, to trauma and neural disorders, to mental fitness and active aging, to elite sports and military.
• Invented by Dr. Jocelyn Faubert, internationally renowned neuroscientist and Chief Science Officer at NeuroTracker, where all technologies are derived from over 20 years of research at the Faubert Laboratory in the School of Optometry at the Université de Montréal.

The Role

Maintain/update the company’s Meteor/WebGL Application General duties include:

• Collaborate on the development of the web app NeuroTracker by working on new features, maintenance of the web app and writing documentation
• Develop / integrate internal tools to assist the deployment process and the management of internal libraries
• Create reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Help shape functional and technological decisions that will help bring products to the next level
• Promote quality engineering and good practices across the enterprise, such as testing, continuous integration and delivery, and scalable architecture
• Support R&D by experimental coding of new functionalities and adjustments as needed
• Document changes, functional issues and resolutions as they encounter them
• Reports directly to the CTO

Required Skills:

• WebGL/Three.js, Meteor, C#, JavaScript, Unity

• MongoDB, IIS,MSSQL
• OOP
• HTML5/CSS
• Knowledge in the Meteor platform
• Some IIS/MS SQL experience
• Rapid development and deployment methodology
• Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; French strongly recommended
• Must be a team player with strong listening and communication skills
• Interest or knowledge in emerging technologies and neuroscience
