System Testing and Integration Manager

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for the managing the day-to day activities of the following teams:
    • System test team – Supporting end-to-end coverage of formal verification tests.
    • System Integration Team – Performing full system integration and testing capabilities for projects during various phases of development.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the teams, including task assignment, performance management, and mentoring.
  • Planning: Develop and implement strategies, plans, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders, considering project goals, timelines, and available resources.
  • Execution: Oversee the execution of all activities, ensuring adherence to regulations, test plans, test cases, and established quality standards.
  • Test Automation: Drive the implementation and adoption of test automation frameworks, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
  • Defect Management: Establish processes and tools for defect tracking, analysis, and reporting, and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment of all activities.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Define and track key metrics to measure the quality and progress development and testing and provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of system testing.

 

What you have:

  • in Electronics/SW/Bio-Medical/Mechanical or other related Engineering degrees
  • Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience, demonstrating successful team leadership and performance management.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a multidisciplinary Engineer in a Medical Device systems or similar
  • At least 5 years in multidisciplinary System Engineer/Integrator/V&V hands-on experience
  • Quality Mindset: A strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement, with the ability to ensure high professional standards and operational excellence.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues, propose solutions, and make sound decisions under pressure. Problems solver attitude
