Job Description 

As our North American team grows, we are looking for a support role for the Orlando Office. This is an onsite role for someone who tests, manages and repairs the devices. On occasion, supporting our logistics coordinator will also be important.  

This is a junior level role which has the potential after graduation or longer successful performance to grow into something more. The role is full time or part time (min. 20h/week). 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Management of fNIRS demo equipment (organize system loans and training) 
  • Testing of fNIRS equipment. Test unique scientific applications as well as regular quality control testing of demo equipment 
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with end users (over video calls and emails) 
  • Manage warranty replacement and support records 
  • Assemble recording equipment based on end user specifications 
  • Supporting our logistics coordinator in his day-to-day tasks if necessary  

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor degree preferably but not required 
  • Experience in technical support or customer service roles 
  • Being able to work onsite in Orlando 
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the area of physics 
  • Experince with EEG and fNIRS are a plus as well as inventory management 
  • Sufficient use of tools such as Microsoft Office and G-Suit 
  • Service oriented mindset with attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills which support our mission

Your Qualification

  • Solid knowledge of CRM and/or ERP solutions.
  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Solution especially with focus on Excel (e.g. macros and pivot tables).
  • Huge plus: Solid experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Dynamics or Business Central.
  • Good team-working, collaboration and communication skills, positive attitude.
  • Independent, goal-oriented and structured working style. You take ownership of your tasks.
  • Having a psychology or neuroscience background is a plus.
  • Location: Orlando.
