The International Marketing Manager is a collaborative, business-savvy professional who has solid experience in partnering with regional sales teams to execute marketing programs that deliver measurable business impact. 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Field Marketing, the International Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, planning, and executing marketing initiatives to increase awareness of the RapidAI brand and drive demand for Rapid solutions worldwide. This includes development and implementation of an effective regional event strategy, determining key conferences and meetings, managing sponsorships from start-to-finish (registration, attendance, etc.), and proving ROI.

We are looking for self-motivated, intelligent, accountable, and relationship driven people who is goal-oriented and results-driven. 

 

This is a Europe based role.

 

What you will do:

  • Focus on new customer acquisition and existing account revenue growth, and work closely with global marketing colleagues and the international sales teams to deliver compelling campaigns, manage budget, execute plans, measure ROI, and optimize marketing results. 
  • Leverage various marketing tactics such as virtual and in-person events, customer and patient success stories, inbound and outbound campaigns, account-based marketing, social media, and PR to drive awareness of RapidAI offerings.
  • Coordinate, manage and execute of event sponsorships at industry conferences and meetings 
  • Ensure team alignment on event objectives; measure campaign success and deliver post-event reports with analysis and recommendations for improvements.
  • Support the regions with relevant marketing materials to influence KOL, clinical and financial decision makers.
  • Ensure brand alignment and governance in regions, and support brand localization efforts in collaboration with global team.

 

What you bring:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • 8+ years of marketing and/or communications experience
  • Preference will be given to candidates with B2B / SaaS marketing experience in the healthcare industry
  • A strategic thinker who can collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including flexibility to respond to changing priorities 
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are essential
  • Relentless attention to detail and producing exceptional work
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other cloud-based platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
