Requirements:

This pivotal role will take the reins of Nexstem’s entire media presence, both in the digital realm and offline. The responsibilities associated with this position are intentionally broad, offering a unique opportunity to shape and elevate Nexstem’s visibility and impact across diverse media platforms. This is a crucial role for Nexstem and for rightfit of the candidate, compensation is not an issue. 

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to establish and strengthen Nexstem’s online presence on various Social media platforms.
  • Employer Branding: Craft and implement strategies to enhance Nexstem’s reputation as an employer of choice, driving talent acquisition efforts.
  • Community Building: Create and nurture online communities related to Nexstem’s areas of focus, fostering engagement and collaboration.
  • Content Strategy & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that resonates with our target audience, including industry professionals, researchers, and potential candidates.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytical tools to monitor content performance, reach, and engagement. Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO techniques to maximize the effectiveness of our digital initiatives, from website visits to lead generation.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize Nexstem’s online content for search engines, improving visibility and organic traffic.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies to guide our digital strategies.
  • ROI Focus: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, ensuring cost-effective and result-oriented initiatives.
  • Collaborate with across teams to design marketing campaigns and occasionally act as sales lead to convert leads. 
  • Responding to customers; queries via social media, managing the company’s social media visibility, and creating credibility across customer segments.
  • Organize and attend social events to increase our offline presence. 

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in analytical tools for performance tracking and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.
  • Exceptional content strategy, communication, and creative thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to build and engage online communities.
  • Market research expertise to drive data-driven decisions.
  • ROI-focused mindset with a track record of successful digital campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing Digital Media, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Tools and Technologies: Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics, Meta for business, Hootsuite, Buffer, Brandwatch, Mention monitor, Substack, Analytics for various social platforms, Excel, JIRA, Confluence
