Nyxoah is recruiting for a Supply Chain Engineer / Planner for the Mont-Saint-Guibert site.

 

What do we do?

Nyxoah is a dual listed medical device company (Nasdaq & Euronext), focused on developing and commercializing a disruptive neurostimulation based therapy for the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). Headquartered in Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium with R&D center in Tel Aviv (Israel), Nyxoah was co-founded in 2009 by Robert Taub. The company had secured CE mark for Europe and is under IDE study in the US. The company has developed the first and only lead-free neurostimulator, capable of delivering bilateral hypoglossal nerve stimulation to moderate and severe OSA patients, who have failed conventional CPAP therapy. Responsibilities

  • Model supply and demand, production planning processes
  • Analyse inventory and production performance to identify bottlenecks and waste
  • Evaluate existing supply chain processes to identify areas that need optimization
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans
  • Analyse data to determine optimal routing, raw-materials purchases, and production schedules
  • Develop new supply chains
  • Design and implement new internal processes and procedures
  • Manage supply chain projects
  • Partner with logistics partners to achieve product quality, on-time delivery, and cost objectives
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Evaluate and recommend new materials, packaging, and vendors
  • Plan, track, and report on inventory value, product costing, and margins
  • Develop and execute new supply chain strategies

 

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, logistics, business, or a related field.
  • Degree coursework in supply chain management preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (speaking, reading and writing), a good knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a supply chain engineer in a similar industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-related supply chain management software.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain analytics and KPI measurement.
  • Extensive experience in supply chain analysis and optimization.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Hands-on attitude, experience in a scale-up organisation is a plus.
