About the job

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales of Beats Medical’s Digital therapeutics applications, as well as managing customer relationships via phone and email, identifying potential opportunities to grow a global community and will be a point of contact for enquiries and clients. They will be someone with excellent communication and organisational skills and who enjoys engaging with people, discovering new opportunities and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Sales – Developing and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting and planning; Contacting numerous customers and following up appropriately, Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features; Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service; Follow up with and delight customers; Build relationships leading to brand advocacy and referrals.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Actively provide consistent, accurate information to customers; Build productive trust relationships with customers; Maintain relationships with customers by providing phone support, information, and guidance; Seek to understand the needs and requirements of customers, gathering and collating product feedback. Answering and responding to prospect enquiries with strong product knowledge.
  • Prospecting – Identify potential partnership opportunities with community groups, charitable organisations, Health Care Provider’s, hospitals and key opinion leaders; Research and analyse growth options, identifying avenues to promote products globally; Develop business opportunities by identifying prospects, building relationships and supporting the completion of strategic alliances.
  • KPI’s – Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis; Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information; Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Qualification:

A Bachelor’s Degree in a business/sales/marketing/health related role desirable.

 

Experience:

  • Experience handling inbound and outbound phone calls essential
  • 1+ years sales experience preferred
  • 1+ years customer relationship management experience preferred
  • Practical experience with CRM system preferable but not required
  • Practical experience in researching and planning partnership opportunities preferable but not required
